Originally an Aerospace Engineer with Fairchild Republic and Grumman during the early 80’s, I moved into the world of IT and Telecommunications during the mid-80’s holding various senior positions at Contel Business Networks, CCMI McGraw-Hill and Cerberus Software.
Most recently as a Partner and Chief Information Officer for Teldata Control Inc., my contributions were instrumental in creating an efficient, scalable and profitable organization; at the time of it’s sale, it was the leading Telecom Expense Management firm!
A born problem-solver, my experiences working with literally hundreds of clients, including 4 of the fortune 10, over the last 18 years have honed my skills and enabled me to provide real-world insight into the subtleties of process management and the best approaches to process automation.
